✈ back from maui
we just got back from maui...but we are now spending the week with the marshallese. they are refugees from the marshall islands (the thermonuclear war testing site of the 50's by the US) which they are still experiencing birth defects from the radioactivity...but we have met so many wonderful people and have been touched by thier stories!
we will be back in kona shortly....and off to south africa in a couple of weeks....yeah!!

Isnt Maui beautiful! I think its more beautiful than the big island, but Hawaii will always be so special to me for other reasons. Arent those pancakes so good, I cant just taste them right now!

Everything is going very well. I see Amr everyday, I help Mrs. Glass sign them out in the afternoons. The kids are great! Mrs. Simion and I hang out a lot, she misses you guys. Hope everything is going well, Maui looks wonderful!
